Job Description: M-Paya provides a one-spot bills payment point for utility companies and Telecommunication service providers, with the help of a mobile application. We seek to recruit highly proactive and self-driven individuals to fill the position of Sales Executives.
The Role: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the position holders will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals within assigned territories. The successful candidates will have experience recruiting retail outlets/agents with a proven record of success
Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing and selling company’s service to customers mainly through field visits, in house calls, internet, and other marketing channels.
- Drive demand for the company’s product portfolio
- Create market awareness for the company’s product
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
- Keep a keen eye on market trends and the competition.
- Reviewing sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
Qualifications
- Certificate in Sales & Marketing/ business related field or social science course.
- At least 6 months working experience in a similar role . Prior experience in a field sales role would be an advantage
- Able to meet set sales targetwithin a given timeframe
- Aggressive and pro-active
Remunerations: Weekly facilitation and attractive commissions
